Cooking methods:
1) Pour one tablespoon of white flax seeds with a glass of boiling water (200 ml), insist for 30 minutes. Drink together with seeds;
2) Pour ground flax seeds (1-2 tablespoons) with a glass of water or add to ready meals (cereals, yogurts, salads);
3) Add to the dough for baking (1-2 tablespoons per 1 kg of flour).
