Prepared baking mix "Easter cake with raisins" — when your home smells like Easter, 550 g

When your home smells like Easter

Easter is more than just a date on the calendar. It is a morning filled with the aroma of fresh baking, warm dough under a towel and a kitchen full of family.
Easter bread with raisins is exactly the kind our mothers and grandmothers baked: soft, golden, with sweet raisins inside and a light vanilla aroma.

Easter bread with raisins by Sto Pudiv is created to bring this feeling back. When you bake without rushing. When everyone knows: the holiday is coming.
This mix helps you easily bake Easter bread that looks truly homemade: not perfectly smooth, but alive — the kind you want to place in the center of the table.
Raisins add sweet notes to every slice, and the soft dough makes the bread tender and warm in taste.

This is not just baking. It is a part of Easter morning you want to remember.

The Easter bread that begins your Easter morning.

Preparation Method

  1. Pour the “sponge” mix into a small bowl, add the yeast and 50 ml of warm water, and stir well. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  2. Pour the main mix into a deep bowl, add the prepared sponge, vanillin, 70 g (6–7 tbsp) of vegetable oil, 70 g (6–7 tbsp) of melted butter or margarine, and 200 ml of warm water. Mix thoroughly. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place until the dough doubles in size (about 1 hour).
  3. Knead the dough, add the washed raisins, and mix well.
  4. Grease the baking molds with oil or softened butter and fill them halfway with dough. Let the dough rise to the top of the molds.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220–230 °C.
Bake at 180–200 °C for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.

Helpful Tips

  1. You may add 4–5 drops of any flavor essence or candied fruit to the dough if desired.
