Cooking process:
Pour the ready-made baking mix and one bag of vanilla into a deep container, stir them. Gradually add 100 ml of room temperature water, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 150 g of sour cream. Add chocolate drops and mix. Leave for 5–10 minutes. Put the paper molds on the baking sheet. With a spoon, fill the molds with half dough. Cupcakes increase during baking. In the oven heated to 220 degrees, put the baking sheet with molds and bake at 180–200 degrees for 25–30 minutes.
Whipped cream preparation:
Pour the cream mixture and vanilla into a deep container, add 85 ml of cold water or milk. Milk or water must be cold to get lush cream. Whip with the mixer at medium speed until the cream thickens, then beat 3–4 minutes at high speed until a thick consistency is achieved.
Cupcake decoration:
Put the whipped cream in the cake bag and cut the thin end. Squeeze cream from the bag on chilled cupcakes spirally. Decorate with sprinkle.
