Cooking process:
- Pour the washed beans into 1.2-1.5 liters of cold water, bring to a boil and cook until ready (about 50 minutes).
- Add a mixture of vegetables and spices from a bag, 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add tomato paste to taste (from 0.5 to 1 packet) and cook over low heat until ready (about 5 minutes).
- If desired, add greens and sour cream to the finished dish.
