Cooking process:
- Wash the millet from the bag several times (until the water becomes transparent) and pour boiling water over it.
- Pour millet into 1.4-1.5 liters of boiling water, add dried vegetables, meat, spices from a bag and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Cook over low heat until ready (about 25-30 minutes).
- If desired, add butter.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes under a closed lid.
